AmCham Tech Talent Network

A professional network for rising tech industry talents

AmCham’s recently launched Technology Talent Network (TTN) provides a professional platform to:

  • expand participants’ international tech market insights.
  • develop participants’ general business and leadership skills.

TTN focuses on common tech industry trends and challenges, facilitating professional development, best practice and knowledge sharing. Topics discussed are of a non-confidential and non-competitive nature.

Participating Patron-level member companies each name four TTN delegates.

The Launch of the Tech Talent Network

On March 29th, AmCham launched our Tech Talent Network (TTN) at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Norway’s offices. Talents from six Patron-level companies were selected by their leadership to participate, with the goal of being a non-competitive arena for knowledge sharing, professional development, expanding international market insights and developing business and leadership skills.

As a leader, I believe one of my most important duties is to attract, develop and retain top talents. Important not only for us at HPE, but for the industry and our society as such. The Norwegian tech community is a small pond - which makes it all the more important to team up with peer companies to provide a broader platform for top talents to share, learn and grow and eventually deliver back to our community.
