With over 20 years of experience in leadership and management, Marianne Haugland Hindsgaul shared valuable insights on how to be a successful leader, focusing on the qualities necessary for the leaders of tomorrow. Hindsgaul stressed the importance of strategic planning and the power of networking. She emphasized the need for diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) in the workspace, and encouraged a fearless approach to challenges.
