Elisabeth Hellemose, Branch Manager for AIG in Norway
Elisabeth has a vast experience managing human resources and handling the related risks, particular to a Global business environment. She has been at AIG since 2010. Prior to her current role as Branch Manager for Norway, she was the Human Resources Manager for AIG in the Nordics, and later she has acted as Interim Branch Manager for AIG in Denmark. As former HR Manager her experience with Crisis Solution comes from a “users” perspective, with a hands on practical approach.
Vivi Hanibal, Practice Leader, Crisis Solutions for AIG Europe S.A.
Vivi’s immense experience in helping clients formulate Crisis Solutions to fit their unique business needs constitutes a great asset for AIG. Her career in the insurance industry includes senior positions at Willis Towers Watson and AON, before joining AIG in 2017 to lead the European Crisis Solutions business.
Jens Serup, Crisis consultant at Guardian
Jens has close to 30 years experience with training and capacity building, within safety and security and 15 years responding and dealing crisis management internationally, handling with and responding to kidnappings, piracy, terrorism, threats and extortion. Many of which were high-profile cases on the international stage. He is currently managing all crisis response at Guardian.
