The Norwegian economy is part of an increasingly globalized economy and a globalized labour market. One important aspect of this interdependency is talent mobility – setting a national agenda such that valuable human resources are attracted to Norway – and once here – integrated into an inclusive workforce and society. This should be a top priority for all HR managers.
As a preview to the upcoming Global Mobility Forum, AmCham members are invited to join Deloitte, AIESEC, and the Global Talent Week for a breakfast meeting with Monster Worldwide’s Country Manager, Sarah Ouakim. Ms. Ouakim will present her often controversial but always relevant cross-cultural perspectives on the challenges and opportunities with talent mobility.
Ms. Ouakim is a Harvard Executive alum, multilingual business executive with inter-cultural perspectives and an entrepreneurial spirit, known for her entertaining and “to the point” observations.
